Indigenous Affairs Minister PHILIP RUDDOCK says he won't prejudge issues being investigated.
But he's told the John Laws radio program he may have to look at the issue of misconduct.
Deputy ATSIC chair RAY ROBINSON will face a Brisbane committal hearing on two forgerycharges in July, while ATSIC chairman GEOFF CLARK is appealing against convictions overa riot in a Warrnambool hotel last May.
Mr RUDDOCK says Mr CLARK should seriously consider voluntarily stepping down.
Yesterday Mr CLARK and Mr ROBINSON launched a blistering attack on the government andmedia, accusing them of blaming ATSIC for every problem in Aboriginal Australia.
